Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please allow:
- 1-2 business days for order processing
- Additional shipping time based on your selected method:
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- No signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Must include original packaging
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Intimates + Lounge and Swim items unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage using original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Options
- Standard Return: Use any tracked carrier (we recommend DHL/FedEx for fastest processing)
- Prepaid Label: Request a prepaid return label (return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days after return acceptance
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your AGOLDE item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
