Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must:

  • Be in original condition with tags attached
  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Include original packaging

Note on Intimates & Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Intimates + Lounge and Swim items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage using original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Options

  • Standard Return: Use any tracked carrier (recommend DHL/FedEx for fastest processing)
  • Prepaid Label: Request a prepaid return label (return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days after return acceptance
  • Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items
